I bet I can guess what you’re all thinking about. What does a wonky sleep schedule have to do with anything? It’s not like anyone here has a wonky sleep schedule, right?

Oh, wait… that’s a lie. I have one of the wonkiest sleep schedules out there these days.

Well, I guess now’s as good a time as any to be upfront about the issues of having a wonky sleep schedule. Really, how many people could get some proper sleep in today’s day and age if it weren’t because of the Pandemic? Heck, even before the pandemic, people weren’t getting a proper 8 or 9 hours of sleep.

I know for a fact that I was more than likely one of those people not getting enough sleep. Why would I? I was considerably younger than I am now (as of this writing, I’m 29, and thus a grownup who needs the sleep to help stay active in the day), and thus a liability to getting enough energy for the next day.

Ironic, considering the other issues I had going on in my life.
