A Challenge for You to Write a Novel

The following article is a challenge for the writer who needs a gentle push to become a published author. Before I get too caught up in sharing the challenge, however, I have some ground rules to give you all to keep this fair. Please keep this in mind as I tell you what to do for this challenge:

  1. First come, first serve. This means the first person to say they’ll write this novel will be the one who gets to write it unless there’s a problem, at the very least.
  2. There will be a time limit for writing this novel, at least if you wish to make it legitimate. The minimum time involved will be four months, and the maximum is a year.
  3. If you cannot finish the novel within that time frame without resorting to AI to write the novel, then pass the project along to someone else, someone who can do this without AI help. This means no generating a novel for anyone taking on this challenge.

What do you get out of this if you write the complete novel in between 4 months and a year? Mostly just bragging rights, plus a chance to expand on this into a series of novels based on the sequel hook section of the challenge. Then again, it…
